Visitors to Buffalo Crossing can catch a glimpse of live buffalo grazing in their natural habitat, as well as visit a unique petting zoo featuring small frontier animals and large exotic animals alike. Enjoy the countryside, featuring tranquil lakes, wild and tame geese, ducks, other wildlife, a gazebo and a relaxing waterfall.
The playground area will keep the younger visitors entertained for hours. Whether you choose to begin or end your day with a visit to the restaurant and historic gallery, it will make your day. Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the friendly, open dining rooms, browse the wonderful gallery and take in a collection of antiques. Carry-out is also available to enjoy on the large, relaxing patio overlooking the lakes and waterfall.
Buffalo Crossing is owned and operated by a large family with a goal of creating a pleasant and entertaining place that families of all ages will enjoy. Special packages for groups and special occasions are available, as is packaged, USDA-inspected buffalo meat.
Buffalo Crossing is located on BlueGrass Bison, a 1,000-acre, working buffalo ranch.
