While on the back-lot tour, you will observe the restoration of an aircraft following the "Aircraft of the Day" presentation, which is a flying demonstration of vintage aircraft.

When hunger strikes, sit down, relax and enjoy a hand-dipped shake and a snack while swapping war stories at the Compass Rose restaurant. This Art-Deco tribute to the era of flight is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and serves breakfast and lunch.
